Joe spent 7 years in the construction industry and a further 20 years in the oil & gas business, during which time he worked in locations around the globe, including an assignment to Vietnam in the early 1990’s. He returned to the region in 1998 to found Atlas, with a goal to create an opportunity for the best and brightest engineers and architects to work on world-class projects with the industry’s leading practices.

Alain became CEO of Atlas in 2008, bringing with him a vast experience of the professional services industry. He has operated large multi-national businesses around the world, and his work in Asia equips him with a detailed understanding of both the business and the culture of the region. He has a broad understanding of international business and a background in innovation and technology.

Matt was appointed Operations Director in 2005. He has over 12 years experience in the UK, USA and Hong Kong, on a broad range of projects including healthcare, residential, commercial and sports & leisure. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations in Saigon, focusing on the UK and UAE sectors, and IT and training, and quality control issues.

John has spent over 25 years working in the Australian and South East Asian regions on projects including healthcare, high-tech industrial, R&D facilities, commercial, institutional and leisure. John was appointed Operations Director at Atlas in 2008, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations in Saigon, focusing on the Australian and healthcare sectors, strategic development, resource management and HR.

Duyen worked in the Oil Industry for over 20 years in various fields including finance and accounting. Before joining Atlas, she spent 7 years as the financial controller for a Dutch owned company in Vietnam. She was appointed finance director for the whole Atlas group in 2007.
