Leadership announcement: Director of engineering elevated to CEO

Dr Khoa holds a master’s degree in Construction Mechanics and a doctorate in Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years’ global design and project management experience across a variety of complex infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.

His expertise and career path will be central to driving Atlas’s strategic diversification and capitalising on growth opportunities from major construction investments across key international markets.
