Role &
Responsibilities

Line Management under the Senior Digital Coordinators, where you shall report weekly on your activities
Responsible for the delivery of digital architectural, engineering and consulting projects under the supervision of the Senior Digital Coordinators
Ability to work across multiple disciplines within the native BIM software platforms
Create digital content in Revit for digital projects. Ability to create content in Dynamo or Rhino is an advantage
Provide digital support, such as set-up or protocol implementation, to project teams at both project initiation and during delivery
Receive training in digital software and topics, with the ability to train project teams
Ensure project teams implement and maintain digital protocols, including BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standards and Templates, Atlas Guidelines, or Modelling Standards
Carry out clash detection and clash resolution for projects
Carry model audits for projects
Attend client Model Management and Model Coordination meetings

Requirements

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience & Behaviour

Degree, Associate Diploma or Diploma from either Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic Engineering
Understanding BIM concepts such as EIR, BEP, or AIR. Familiarity with ISO 19650 as an advantage
Knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations for international building codes
Experienced in delivering large-scale projects, multi-disciplinary delivery is an advantage

Trainer/Training

Willingness to participate in internal training programmes to enhance technical and digital skills
Ability to train and support project teams in digital tools and workflows

Language Skills

English language level, reading, writing, speaking (equivalent in CEFR)
Advanced level of communication skills in speaking, listening, writing and reading
English: Ability to discuss directly with clients in English for technical aspects of digital delivery
Meet the minimum requirements of daily work and be familiar with English technical vocabulary

Software Skills

Experience in multiple BIM Authoring Platforms – Revit (ArchiCAD, Tekla or others as an advantage)
Experience in management of cloud CDEs: Autodesk BIM360/ACC. Other CDEs as an advantage
Experienced in Automation plug-ins & Platforms as an advantage: Dynamo, Grasshopper, pyRevit, etc
Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
