Line Management under the Technical Director and supervise Senior Digital Coordinators.
Ability to work across multiple disciplines within the native BIM software platforms.
Ensure project teams implement and maintain Digital and BIM standards, including the BEP, modeling standards, and other digital guidelines.
Be responsible for managing Atlas digital consulting services, including BIM management, providing digital solutions advice to clients or BIM visualizations.
Preparation of BIM Execution Plans, BIM templates, documents, and guidelines, as well as the development of BIM standards.
Audit client digital standards, templates, modelling standards, families, asset information.
Estimate Atlas digital services fee and resources for new projects.
Provide support in setting up digital delivery at project start-up.
Report on compliance of digital QA/QC procedures for projects.
Attend and/or lead Model Management and Model Coordination meetings.
Chair internal Digital Team meetings related to project delivery.
Digital Trainer for the project teams and attend training.
Support:
Oversee creation & management of digital content in projects.
Oversee clash detection & clash resolution for projects.
Oversee “on-the-project” BIM training to project teams.
Oversee “on-the-project” software training to project teams.
Job Requirements
Qualification, Knowledge, Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering, with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience.
At least 4 years of experience as a BIM Manager on projects.
Practical experience in preparing and applying BIM documents such as EIR, BEP, MIDP, PEP, or AIR.
Knowledge of international building codes, standards, and regulations.
Advanced experience in BIM Authoring Platforms, especially Revit (ArchiCAD, Tekla or others as an advantage).
