Responsibilities

English Language Training & Programme Development

 

  • Assess employees’ English proficiency and identify training needs based on
  • business goals and competency frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective group and individual training programmes, including general, business, and technical English.
  • Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on training outcomes and progress, using assessments, feedback, and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
  • Revise training curricula and materials to reflect evolving business needs and best practices. Explore, implement, and evaluate appropriate English proficiency tests.
  • Stay updated on language teaching trends and incorporate innovative methodologies.
  • Assist with reviewing and improving Atlas competency dictionary, competency framework, and training roadmap/upskilling plan for each staff level.
  • Support additional L&D initiatives as required.

 

Marketing, Administrative & Organisational Support

 

  • Organise and maintain training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries on training activities and outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and other L&D events.
  • Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve future programmes.
  • Translate, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide language consultation and support for internal communications.
  • Support the preparation, updating, and organization of marketing materials and documents, ensuring alignment with company branding guidelines.
  • Assist in collecting and updating project and staff information for marketing content, case studies, and digital platforms as required.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the company’s activities, events, campaigns, and other initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager.
