Marketing and Design Assistant

Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Brand Consistency

 

  • Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, sales decks, social media graphics and opinion pieces.
  • Update CV profiles in consultation with Marketing Manager.
  • Update Capability Statements complying with Atlas brand templates.
  • Prepare and execute materials for trade shows and conventions as requested.
  • Assist with the set-up and facilitation of those events.
  • Take photos of staff & the company’s events.
  • Edit video as required.
  • Update and refresh existing templates to ensure they remain current and aligned with the latest brand guidelines.
  • Create and export assets optimized for various platforms, ensuring correct dimensions, file types, and resolution.
  • Update information on the Atlas website as required.
  • Assist with recruitment design and updates on Atlas’ platforms
  • Act as a “brand guardian” to ensure all visual output across the company adheres to established typography, colour palettes, and imagery standards.

 

Marketing Operations and Coordination

 

  • Assist with the creation of outbound campaign messaging, ensuring all deadlines are met and assets are deployed correctly, including HubSpot and LinkedIn posting to a pre-determined calendar.
  • Maintain the marketing department’s digital asset library and project database.
  • Collect project information to create the project case studies, complying with Atlas’ brand templates as requested.
  • Where required, assist with vendor management (printers, agencies, etc.).
  • Other tasks as defined by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a junior marketing role
  • Skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, and the use of A.I. assisted design
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of work across both print and digital assets
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Consistency of visual assets across all platforms
  • A proactive, resourceful, self-starter who can easily multitask against deadlines
  • Possesses strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excels in relationship building, intra-personal skills, and collaboration
  • Ability to work with senior-level staff members
