Report to the Digital Director and provide regular updates on assigned activities.
Receive training in digital tools and topics and deliver training to project teams.
Implement, track, and report digital training for project delivery staff.
Provide technical advice and practical solutions related to digital and BIM workflows.
Coordinate with the Line Manager to support junior team members through task allocation, supervision, and timely delivery.
Plan and prioritise the development of in-house digital tools under the direction of the Digital Director.
Support the implementation of the company’s roadmap, including automation, efficiency, audits, AI, and Digital Twin initiatives.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, documentation, and update of custom applications supporting BIM and project delivery.
Develop and maintain automated BIM solutions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
Collaborate in R&D activities, workshops, and meetings, including emerging technologies such as AI, VR/AR, and generative design.
Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams across departments when required.
Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
Educational background in Architecture or Engineering disciplines (Architecture, Structural, Civil,
Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic) with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience.
Experience in digital tool development and automation for project delivery, with hands-on exposure to scripting or visual programming (e.g. Dynamo, Python, C#).
Good understanding of BIM workflows and the application of automated solutions for 3D models and 2D documentation.
Ability to write, review, test, and deploy code to support digital and BIM-related solutions.
Experience working within technical or multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong analytical and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts to team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Advanced experience with BIM authoring platforms, particularly Revit, including experience in developing components or add-ins (other platforms such as Archicad or Tekla are a plus).
Knowledge of Revit API (other software APIs are a plus).

Practical experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring colleagues in digital or technical topics.
