Senior Digital Coordinator
Role &
Responsibilities
Act as Project Delivery Manager (PDM) and/or Project Information Manager (PIM) for BIM Level 2 projects, depending on project requirements.
Deliver BIM Management projects across architecture, engineering, consulting, and training under the guidance of Digital Managers.
Supervise and manage the Digital Coordinators
Implement and maintain BIM Management documentation, including BEP, BIM Standards, and BIM Guidelines.
Ensure Digital QA/QC procedures are established and consistently applied across projects.
Perform Clash Detection, Models Audit, and BIM Assessment.
Manage and maintain the BIM Common Data Environment (Autodesk).
Liaise directly with clients and attend Model Management & Model Coordination meetings.
Prepare and distribute project documentation and reports to clients and Digital Managers.
Support digital setup, protocols, and Revit content development for internal teams.
Support resource estimation for new and existing digital projects.
Troubleshoot digital issues and provide appropriate recommendations to clients.
Participate in Digital Team meetings and ongoing digital training; deliver training to other Atlas teams when required.
Requirements
Degree, Associate Diploma, or Diploma in Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering.
Minimum two years of post-graduate experience.
Practical experience applying BIM documents such as EIR, BEP, and AIR.
Advanced experience with BIM authoring tools, especially Revit.
Experience managing cloud-based CDEs (Autodesk).
Experience with at least one clash coordination or model review tool (Navisworks, Revizto, or Solibri).
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) to communicate with clients.
Advantage
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
Experience coordinating large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
Knowledge of international building codes and regulations.
Official BIM certification.
Experience with additional BIM platforms (ArchiCAD, Tekla).
Experience with automation tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper, pyRevit).
Experience with BIM 4D tools (Navisworks, Fuzor, Synchro).
COBie and asset tagging experience.
