Digital Manager (As-Built Department)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Report to Director As-Built
  • Responsible for overall As-Built BIM Management and digital management of the architecture, engineering as-built delivery teams
  • Ensure the As-Built project team implements and maintain digital Protocols; BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standard, and BIM Guidelines
  • Ensure the As-Built project team implements and maintain digital standards; Templates, Modelling Standards, Family Creation, and Asset Information
  • Report on compliance with digital QA / QC procedures for projects
  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines within the native BIM software platforms
  • Establish As-Built Systems, standards, and Software
  • Provide support in the digital delivery set-up for As-Built project start-up & during development
  • Support the Director As-Built in Digital and all BIM management activities for Rail, Aviation, Scan-to-BIM & As-Built projects, but not limited to
  • Support the Director As - Built in new Bids, Technology & BIM Management solutions, and Pricing for As-built department. Liaise with clients during bid and delivery

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree, Associate Diploma, or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & / or Hydraulic Engineering & at least (2) years post-graduate experience
  • Practical knowledge, use & application of EIR, BEP, PEP, DMP, etc. based on project experience
  • Practical knowledge of standards, rules, & regulations for international building codes
  • Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revisto, Solibri, PowerBI, dRofus
  • Fluent English language skills, highly experienced in client communication

Architecture Associate (As-Built Department)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Play a key role in the ongoing development of in-house operational procedures in order to enhance our ability to deliver quality As-Built and infrastructure projects in the most effective and economical manner
  • To be responsible for assigned projects and work packages
  • To ensure the multidisciplinary team working on the project(s) are keeping to the agreed man-days and booking their time spent on the project(s) accurately
  • Assist in the profitable delivery of each assigned project(s) by adhering to the project plan and budgets etc., in accordance with the agreed Contract Sign Off documents
  • To assist in managing projects in an efficient and time-conscious manner. This will include overseeing and/or assisting in BIM modeling, the production of drawings, schedules, specification notes, etc. as and when required, to ensure that As-Built and infrastructure projects are delivered to meet deadlines and to conform to both the international Clients and Atlas standards

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • BA / B Sc Hons and Post Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in Architecture, or local VN equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Architecture
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, detailing, and construction methods, in the UK, Middle East, and / or Australia / NZ
  • General experience and understanding of the international architectural industries / practices
  • Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Navisworks, Solibri, Revizto, Dynamo, Grasshopper, BIM360
  • Fluent English language skills, highly experienced in client communication

MEP Associate

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design, develop, and review / check the designs / documentation of MEP systems of the projects
  • Provide technical advice / input / solution relevant to MEP systems
  • Overall management and delivery of LOD200 to LOD500 BIM projects
  • Knowledge of AM / FM data management and input is advantageous; knowledge of Scan to BIM technology is also preferable
  • Closely work with the Commercial team in defining the scope of work, ensuring scope coverage, and quoting correctly in line with the Company strategies
  • Prepare man-hour estimates for BIM projects, based on tender briefing or client documents. Advanced Revit knowledge is essential
  • Creating and maintaining Navisworks models and managing the clash analysis throughout projects

 

General Duties

 

  • Mobilize and manage relevant project resources and related issues in accordance with the project plan
  • Manage, complete and hand over multiple MEP projects related to infrastructure / construction projects. Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets on cost and resources. Conform to all QMS requirements. Assist in making sure the project is profitable
  • Lead, manage and develop an MEP team of more than 10 people including coaching, training, and maximizing utilization
  • Performs any other duties and assignments by the Line Manager related to the job function
  • Assist in BIM training plans and R&D of new tools and applications
  • Leading project conference calls with international clients (excellent English language skills required)


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

 

  • B.Sc. or above in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering
  • Ideally Autodesk Certified Professional
  • Minimum of (5) years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (3) years managing projects
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations, building codes especially offshore regulations governing large construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical / electrical / plumbing techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and concepts

 

Software skills

 

  • Advanced Revit skills / Navisworks skills
  • Excellent skills in other BIM software and its application across the AEC industry

 

English skills

 

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills at all levels and the ability to chair conference call meetings with international clients

Structure Associate (Local & Expat)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Design, develop, and review / check the designs / documentation of structural systems of the projects
  • Provide technical advice / input / solution relevant to structural systems
  • Mobilize and manage relevant project resources and related issues in accordance with the project plan

  • Assist in financial invoice issues to the client
  • Lead, manage and develop a structural team of more than 10 people including coaching, training, maximizing utilization, evaluating, and making sure all team members follow the Company rules
  • Build effective working and friendly relationships with clients
  • Closely work with the Commercial team in defining the scope of work, ensuring scope coverage, and quoting correctly in line with the Company strategies
  • Prepare man-hour estimates for projects, based on tender briefing or client documents
  • Performs any other duties and assignments by the Line Manager related to the job function


REQUIREMENTS
