We provided architectural Revit support for two new hotel developments within a larger urban precinct, comprising a 110-room hotel and a 160-room hotel.
Working from a schematic design–stage Revit model, along with CAD files, project imagery, and consultant DWG and model inputs, the team delivered architectural modelling and documentation across the concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and tender documentation stages.
In addition, we supported the client with design coordination, including VS, interior design, MEP, and structural.

The 300,000 m2 mixed-use development includes a five-star luxury lifestyle, hospitality and leisure precinct with 400-key hotel, food and beverage and leisure amenities, luxury villas, a freehold residential tower, a retail and family entertainment and dining precinct, and 200+ berth marina with exclusive members-only luxury facilities.
