Structural and MEP BIM modelling support was delivered to enable accurate coordination and construction-ready documentation. The scope included ComFlor sacrificial formwork modelling and Blue Bangers modelling to coordinate cast-in proprietary anchor points for services support.
Clash-free electrical and plumbing and drainage construction documentation models were developed, alongside LOD 400 services fabrication and shop-drawing models. The coordinated, high-detail outputs supported efficient installation, reduced site rework, and improved certainty during construction of the 40,000 m2 precinct.

Architectural documentation support was provided during the construction stage to meet the project’s demanding programme. The team rapidly delivered documentation for staged building consent, construction issue, and construction observation phases, enabling works to progress in line with tight approval and delivery milestones.
The project comprises a four-level office building incorporating retail, office, and food and beverage uses, alongside a separate five-level car park structure. Timely, well-coordinated documentation played a critical role in maintaining momentum across the construction phase.

Point cloud survey data was used to modify and update an existing Revit model of a healthcare facility to support its transformation into a private hospital. LOD 200 Revit models were developed for all major building elements, including architectural, structural, and MEP components.
This encompassed partitions, finishes, ceilings, structure, fixtures and equipment, furniture, lifts, lighting, audio visual and sound systems, fire protection, drainage, mechanical services, and floor penetrations—providing a coordinated digital foundation to support design development, coordination, and future delivery stages.

BIM management services were delivered throughout the design and construct phase of a 96-bed student accommodation project. The scope included preparation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Common Data Environment (CDE), LOD 300 design model reviews, and detailed LOD 400 BIM modelling to support construction.
Digital coordination was undertaken using Revizto to manage clash detection and resolve issues across disciplines. The engagement concluded with LOD 500 as-built model updates, providing an accurate, information-rich digital asset to support project handover and ongoing facilities management.

LOD 200 Revit models were developed from point cloud data for two retail premises, capturing both interior and exterior spaces. The models included Revit Family elements such as partitions, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, structural elements, lighting, and fixtures and furniture.
With advanced Revit and point cloud expertise, our team produces parametric Revit Families ranging from simple to complex across all disciplines, allowing models to be easily adapted to suit different project requirements.

At the 50% developed design stage, architectural Revit modelling and documentation were provided for a secondary school project. A total of 169 drawings were produced, helping to deliver new teaching and learning spaces while ensuring the client’s design intent was maintained.

At the developed design stage, architectural Revit modelling and documentation were provided for a new teaching and learning building. A total of sixty drawings were produced to support the project, delivered efficiently and to a high-quality within a constrained timeline.

Working collaboratively with two design and façade consultants, a flexible architectural team was deployed to deliver Revit-based tender documentation and issue-for-construction drawings for both the base build and internal layouts. The scope also included the efficient delivery of drawings to support prefabricated bathroom pods.
The project comprises a 39-storey tower accommodating two distinct hotel brands, requiring a coordinated and efficient documentation approach to support construction.

We were engaged to support the realignment of acoustic panelling damaged during an earthquake by creating a Revit model of the theatre’s internal structure from laser scans and point cloud data. The model integrated the new point cloud information with the base build model, with adjustments applied to accurately reflect the existing conditions. This enabled the architects to re-design the acoustic panels and return the concert hall to perfect timbre.

As part of a major hospital redevelopment, an existing building was being re-clad and extended. The client needed to rapidly scale up their documentation team, while retaining the flexibility to adjust resourcing in response to changing project demands and the requirements of multiple client and stakeholder groups.
We partnered with our client on several phases of the project with initial work comprising PDF-to-BIM services, followed by the preparation of architectural concept design drawings and presentation renders for stakeholder approval. The scope then extended through building consent, tender and construction documentation stages. During construction, additional support was provided through the production of clarification responses and supplementary documentation as required by the contractor.

The client sought to develop a comprehensive 3D BIM model of a municipal building, capturing the existing structure with high-accuracy using a scan-to-BIM process. The primary objective was to integrate the model with asset data and building information, ensuring consistency with the building’s previously established data structure, content, and exchange formats.
We created the models using existing drawings of only primary elements without precise finishes or detailed components, then overlayed them with point cloud scan data to verify and refine the model. The final deliverable was a LOD 300 Revit model incorporating architectural, MEPF, and structural elements.
This project supports facility management, future renovations, and long-term asset maintenance by providing a reliable digital representation of the building.

Appointed to provide architectural Revit modelling and documentation, our scope covered 100% developed design documentation for a suite of educational facilities.
Working closely with the client, our team produced a total of 332 detailed developed design drawings for a 437 m² multipurpose building and two teaching and learning buildings of 541 m² and 482 m², ensuring accurate, coordinated documentation to support the next stages of project delivery.

To aid space utilisation and planning of future refurbishments, the owner of two healthcare campuses needed to create as-built models of nineteen existing buildings. Using point cloud data at below ceiling areas, 360o photos, and external drone scans, we created full Revit models and 2D master floor plans of each building following the client’s strict QAQC protocols.
Flexible resourcing allowed for the planning and enabling works, and heavy scan content to be undertaken in two weeks. And deployment of scalable teams enabled all work to be completed within a 6-month programme, with a team of 20 completing one phase in two months, and a team of 12 completing another in 4 months.

A leading supermarket chain wanted to streamline their online sales by integrating the layout of each physical store directly into their on-line retail platform. Additionally, they wanted an as-built Revit model of each store to use for future store planning, fit out and re-branding projects.
Using Revit, we created as-built scan-to-BIM models for 148 supermarkets and created specifically formatted .dwg files to allow the integration of the plans into the client’s shop planning and online retail software.

To accommodate increasing passenger numbers, the domestic airport terminal required significant upgrades, including enhancements to the aviation security system, the food court, and retail facilities. The project demanded seamless coordination across multiple disciplines and timely approvals from key stakeholders.
Atlas provided architectural Revit support across several project areas within the development from preliminary design to detailed design, ensuring clear and accurate documentation while coordinating between structural, architectural, and building services. We also prepared detailed presentation drawings that helped stakeholders visualise design outcomes and secure approvals with confidence.
Our flexible delivery model allowed the client to scale our involvement in line with project demands. With expertise in both technical documentation and 3D visualisation, we provided responsive support that streamlined coordination, accelerated stakeholder engagement, and contributed to the successful delivery of the terminal upgrade.
