Khoa Tran Kim is Atlas’s Chief Executive Officer. He stepped into this leadership role after serving as the company’s Director of Engineering from 2021 and subsequently as Operations Director in 2025.
Dr Khoa has extensive academic qualifications including a master’s degree in Construction Mechanics and a doctorate in Civil Engineering.
Professionally he has over 20 years’ global design and project management experience across a variety of complex infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
His expertise and career path are central to driving the business’s strategic diversification and capitalising on growth opportunities from major construction investments across key international markets.

Juan Carlos is a RICS qualified chartered surveyor who joined Atlas in 2021.

Neil has over three decades of experience delivering multidisciplinary projects across the commercial, infrastructure, and public sectors in Asia.
His expertise includes leading project teams on structural and SMEP design for major high-rise towers, transport terminals, integrated resorts, and public works with a record of guiding projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and commissioning.
Joining Atlas during 2025, Neil’s passion is building cohesive, motivated and effective teams who take pride in their work and their personal development. Prior to joining Atlas, Neil held a dual role with Arup serving as the General Director of Arup Vietnam Ltd and Chairman of Arup (Cambodia) Ltd.

Rob is a Registered UK Architect with over 30 years’ industry experience. He joined Atlas in 2018 in a business development and account management role before being appointed in-country Director for the UK and Europe in 2019. Rob is an enthusiastic advocate of alternative project delivery models and takes a consultative approach to working with new and existing client firms to understand their specific requirements and optimise the efficiencies of a partnership with Atlas. Before joining Atlas, Rob worked for architectural and multi-disciplinary practices in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia.

As Architecture Director, Tony is one of Atlas’s most accomplished executives, bringing nearly 40 years’ experience in architectural project delivery, in combination with considerable construction knowledge and an excellent understanding of digital delivery using the latest technology and cloud-based platforms.
His specialist skills include an extensive knowledge of BCA, Australian and International Standards, as well as 20+ years overseeing offshore delivery operations management, quality control systems and technology development.

Upon attaining a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta in 2017, Anh worked with project owners and civil engineering consultancies delivering land development and municipal infrastructure projects across Western Canada.
His experience incorporates various sectors, including infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors and includes resident inspection, QA/QC, surveying and project management, along with civil land development design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Bach joined Atlas in 2007, and with qualifications in mechanical and electrical engineering brings to projects highly developed technical skills, including 3D modelling, rendering and animation using MicroStation and Aecosim software.
As an Associate at Atlas, Bach leads project teams to deliver high quality modelling, documentation, renders and animations. During his career he has worked on projects in the residential, commercial, retail and public sectors.
Prior to joining Atlas, Bach was a mechanical and electrical construction technician for nine years where he worked on MEP/ACMV services projects for Novotel and Sheraton Hotels.

Cuong is a skilled engineering professional with over 16 years of industry experience. Since joining Atlas in 2007, he has led and contributed to various projects, including aviation, rail, healthcare, residential, retail, industrial, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, educational, and sports.
With over a decade of specialised experience in BIM project delivery, Cuong has been instrumental in strengthening Atlas’ capabilities in BIM management, providing essential support to project teams and clients alike.
Initially serving as a senior structural engineer, Cuong was responsible for overseeing his team in the production of high-quality, standards-compliant documentation. In 2019, he joined Atlas’ dedicated digital team as a senior digital instructor, leveraging his Autodesk Certified Instructor accreditation to train staff in CAD and Revit platforms. His commitment to enhancing Atlas’ digital competencies plays a pivotal role in digital training, template development, and standards implementation.
In 2022, Cuong returned to the engineering teamas associate, focusing on managing project teams in the efficient delivery of client projects.

David joined Atlas in 2022 as Digital Director, leading the team that has overall responsibility for digital consulting, R&D, and technology-based delivery solutions.
With a formal background in BIM Management, architecture and IT, he plays a key role in building Atlas’s innovation capability and guiding the company’s transformative application of A.I. to enhance project efficiency and client support.
David is passionate about the practical application of new technologies and has experience in managing a wide range of large architectural BIM projects throughout China and South-East Asia including mixed-use, residential, hospitality and interior design.

Jun (Donato Jr.) is responsible for the Atlas Philippines operation, a highly experienced architect with 21+ years under his belt, including 7 years in onshore outsourcing management.
Career to date has seen delivery of large commercial, health, retail and residential projects in the Philippines, Middle East, Australia, US and New Zealand.

Ha joined Atlas in 2004 soon after receiving her Bachelor of Civil Engineering qualifications. Over the course of her career she has worked as the structural designer and project leader on rail, aviation, residential, commercial, retail, education and public sector projects.
Ha has considerable experience in design and detailing of reinforced concrete, precast concrete and timber frame structures, in addition to Revit modelling and documentation. This has included rail infrastructure projects where complex structural modelling was required.

Huy is an MEP Senior Associate with over 16 years of experience. His field of knowledge is in electrical systems, with experience in overview of mechanical, hydraulic and fire systems, estimating and project management, BIM management, and QA/QC control.
Prior to joining Atlas in 2016, Huy held senior electrical engineering positions and worked on projects such as the Noi Bai International Airport, the Australian Consulate in HCM City, tourism resorts Mirax Cam Ranh, and the Marie Curie Hotel as well as several office buildings including HUD Tower and Green One UN House.
During his time at Atlas, Huy has worked on projects in Qatar, Dubai, the UK and Vietnam, including educational, hospitality, commercial, residential and mixed-use. Recently, Huy has been involved in various rail and metro projects in the role of project coordinator responsible for managing MEP services.

Associate Technical Director, MEP & Energy
Khaled joined Atlas in June 2023 as Associate Director. He has over 20 years of professional experience in electrical and mechanical engineering, project management, site supervision, design, value engineering and contract conditions.
With his project experience encompassing all stages of the project lifecycle–concept design, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning–Khaled has successfully delivered electrical and mechanical solutions for rail, high-rise residential and mixed-use, hotels and resorts, healthcare, leisure and industrial projects. He has considerable knowledge of global electrical, electronic and related technologies, standards and codes, including IEC, NEC, BS, NFPA and FIDIC.
In his role at Atlas, Khaled applies his extensive technical and management skills to leading MEP teams on various projects across the globe. He also supports the development of the engineering team across all Atlas markets including in design development and project delivery.
With a passion for reducing global CO2emissions through the work that he does, Khaled is continuing his Master in Sustainable Energy studies with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Liam joined Atlas in 2017 as Business Development Manager for Asia. Originally from the UK and a graduate of the University of Manchester, he brings 21 years of experience living and working across Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Liam offers extensive experience in technology-focused professional services, business growth, and market development, supported by a deep understanding of regional Asian markets. His career with Atlas has also included three years based in London, where he helped manage and expand the firm’s UK operations.
Now based in Singapore, Liam sits on the Built Environment Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce. He is a strong advocate of a client-centric approach to business development and maintains a keen interest in technological advancements shaping the industry.

Linh is a registered Architect in Australia with over 35 years of post-qualification experience. As an accomplished all-rounder, he has successfully led projects from concept and developed design stages through to detailed construction drawings and construction services.
Linh possesses in-depth knowledge of the Australian building regulations and construction methodologies, including the Australian National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards such as the Livable Housing Design Standard (LHDS) and Social Housing Design Guidelines.

Formally trained as an Architectural Technician, Matt’s 30+ years’ experience in the architecture industry has seen him work extensively across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Prior to joining Atlas in mid-2022, Matt held senior leadership roles in project management and business management. During this time Matt worked on projects in the aviation, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and industrial sectors.
Matt brings considerable experience in BIM along with a hands-on and practical approach, and a passion for building teams and delivering complex projects.
At Atlas, Matt is responsible for supervising and supporting architectural teams, along with structural, digital, and as-built documentation services for New Zealand-based clients. With comprehensive knowledge of the New Zealand market, Matt brings valued know-how to project requirements.

Maziar has extensive structural engineering experience across Australia and Southeast Asia. He has contributed to complex projects including the design of high-rise buildings, both RC and structural steel, detailing and fabrication packages of various structural steel projects, nonlinear deep foundation systems, and watertight underground retaining structures for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
With a strong foundation in design, Maziar is skilled in advanced analytical methodologies, including seismic assessments, dynamic spectral analysis (RSA), and lateral stability evaluation of high-rise structures over 45 stories. His expertise in lateral resisting systems further enhances his contributions to high-rise structural analysis.
In his role, Maziar emphasises quality control and design optimisation through value engineering principles, ensuring efficient constructability. A Vietnamese-registered architect, Nghiem joined Atlas in 2007 soon after completing his Bachelor of Architecture studies.
During his professional career, Nghiem has been involved in projects in the UK, Qatar and Australia, including rail, healthcare, educational, industrial and technical, commercial, residential, mixed-use and retail.
Since 2014 Nghiem has held the position of Architecture Manager at Atlas, managing project teams of more than 15 people. As a trusted senior member of the Atlas team, Nghiem has also spent several months embedded within a major Australian client’s studio working on a healthcare project.
Nghiem is an AutoDesk Authorised Training Centre (ATC) certified advanced Revit user and an AutoDesk qualified Revit Instructor in the Atlas AutoDesk ATC.

Nigel is a Registered Chartered Engineer in the UK and a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia. He joined Atlas Industries Ltd in June 2008, initially working in the London office as Business Development Manager before progressing to UK Operations Director.
In August 2011, he relocated to Australia to re-establish and grow the company’s Australian business, founding the Perth office. He later identified and developed new client opportunities in New Zealand in 2013.
In 2017, Nigel spent 15 months at the Saigon Operations Centre, serving first as Operations Director and subsequently as Commercial Director. Since returning to Australia in 2018, he has held the role of Australian Director, leading business development across Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and the Northern Territory.

Digital Manager
Phuc is a committed BIM Manager with extensive experience in implementing BIM technology.
After gaining his initial qualifications in structural engineering Phuc further trained at the Singapore Building and Construction Authority in BIM Management.
Since 2020, he has led Atlas’ in-house digital team providing support to the architecture and engineering teams. He has also delivered BIM consulting services to international contractors, consultants and built asset owners, including BIM migration for an international property owner, multi-discipline digital twin modelling for an international airport, and BIM management for the main contractor responsible for the construction of a major hospital development in Australia.
Phuc also supports Atlas’ international business development team in bids, estimation and digital delivery solutions.

Sang is a highly experienced BIM Manager with advanced skills in a range of architectural, engineering and related design software. He is also a qualified AutoDesk Revit Architecture Instructor.
Prior to joining Atlas, Sang worked on several international hospital projects. This included as BIM Leader on the Grantham Hospital in Hong Kong, Revit Manager on the Milton District Hospital, Toronto, and the National University Hospital, Singapore, and BIM/Project Leader on the Singapore General Hospital Emergency Department project. Sang has also been a Revit Training Manager for organisations and has worked on projects across the residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use sectors.

Associate, Architecture
Since joining Atlas in 2013 Thanh has become an active contributor and valuable member of the architecture team. She has worked on projects in the UK, Australia, Canada and the Middle East across various sectors, including office, residential and retail.
As an Associate, Thanh leads project teams ensuring architectural project modelling and documentation meets the relevant international Standards and Codes, and the various client CAD protocols and standards. Thanh is also a Revit BIM Coordinator overseeing and training staff.

After gaining his architectural qualifications from the University of Curtin in Australia Thanh gained early professional experience working in the construction industry.
Joining Atlas in 2015, Thanh’s main area of expertise has developed in Revit (BIM) project set-up, team coordination and project standards moderation.
Thanh is competent in 3D visualisation with highly developed skills in Artlantis, Twinmotion and PhotoShop. With ArchiCAD 19 Professional Certification, Thanh is an ArchiCAD skills champion at Atlas.
Throughout his career, Thanh has worked on projects in the residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education and public sectors.

Senior Associate, Structural Engineering

Senior Associate, Structural Engineering
Thieu is a senior member of the Atlas engineering team and has both civil and structural engineering know-how. He holds Bachelor and Master of Engineering qualifications.
He has excellent knowledge of international structural design and detailing codes and standards, including British, Eurocode, and American, and has extensive experience in the design, review, and coordination of structures throughout all stages of design and construct projects.
Thieu’s main responsibility at Atlas is to manage design teams to ensure structural design and documentation projects are delivered on time to a high quality, to the client’s expectations, and to the project’s budget.
Prior to joining Atlas, Thieu was Structural Design Manager at a leading French building engineering firm, and Senior Structural Engineer at a Japanese construction and architecture service provider, both based in Vietnam.
During his career, Thieu has worked on and managed projects in the industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.

As Architecture Director, Tony is one of Atlas’s most accomplished executives, bringing nearly 40 years’ experience in architectural project delivery, in combination with considerable construction knowledge and an excellent understanding of digital delivery using the latest technology and cloud-based platforms.
His specialist skills include an extensive knowledge of BCA, Australian and International Standards, as well as 20+ years overseeing offshore delivery operations management, quality control systems and technology development.
Tony now leads Atlas’s overall Architecture capability, overseeing multi-discipline engagements worldwide.

Accounting Manager

Associate, As-Builts
A trained architect, Trang is Digital Manager with experience in BIM delivery, digital transformation and project management.
Prior to joining Atlas, Trang held several BIM Management roles, including BIM Modelling Lead for the world’s second-tallest building – Merdeka 118, and Senior BIM Manager for an international modular construction company.
During his career, Trang has implemented BIM across multiple project types globally including, infrastructure, commercial, residential, mix-used, hospitality, leisure, retail, and industrial.
He is an Autodesk Certified Professional and is a founding member of the Vietnam BIM Community where he shares his practical experiences, knowledge, and ideas in BIM adoption.
At Atlas, Trang’s primary responsibility is to manage BIM as-built projects as well as to tackle challenging issues by implementing advanced technology. He also plays a significant role in the BIM training and development programme at Atlas.

Trang joined Atlas in 2004 and as an Associate leads architectural project teams working across the rail, healthcare, commercial, residential, educational, hospitality and industrial sectors.
As a Revit Architecture (2014) Certified Professional, Trang has high-level competency in Revit (BIM), in addition to AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Codebook.
Experience gained working on projects in the UK and Australia has afforded Trang with considerable knowledge of each regions building regulations and standards.
A trusted member of the Atlas team, Trang has worked on secondment at client offices in Australia and the UK.

Trieu joined Atlas in December 2006 soon after attaining his Bachelor of Architecture.
During his career he has worked on projects in the residential, commercial, healthcare, mixed-use and education sectors. This experience has included projects located in Australia, the UK and New Zealand affording Trieu with a comprehensive understanding of the different building regulations and codes.
As an Associate at Atlas, Trieu is responsible for the management of client’s architectural projects and leading project teams.

Tuan is an accomplished Associate at Atlas bringing over six years of expertise in MEP services and building services coordination. Since joining the company in 2017, he has played a key role in managing and delivering projects across multiple sectors, including hospitality, residential, commercial, office, rail, transportation, and mixed-use developments.
With extensive experience in BIM-based coordination, Tuan specialises in developing 3D models, producing shop drawings and as-built documentation, and conducting clash detection to ensure seamless project integration. His technical proficiency in Revit and Dynamo enables him to enhance workflow efficiency, optimise project outcomes, and support manufacturing processes through advanced Revit family creation.
As a leader in the BIM environment, Tuan is committed to delivering high-quality, clash-free MEP solutions that align with our standards and client expectations. His ability to drive innovation and improve coordination processes makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Van joined Atlas in 2006 and has since gained considerable experience in commercial, residential, education, transport and landscaping projects in the UK, UAE and Australia.
She has broad experience in both architectural and interior design projects from concept through to detail and construction packages.
Through her experience working on projects in the UK, Van has developed a good working knowledge of British building regulations.
Van is highly skilled in MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD, and has good working knowledge of Revit (Architecture) and SketchUp.
