Joe founded Atlas in 1998 after a 25 year career in the construction and oil industries. His commitment to service delivery to the highest standard, the early adoption and application of new technology and continuous team training has seen Atlas become the leader in its field; sustainable, successful and enjoyable. In 2019 after 21 years as CEO, Joe became Chair of the Board.
