Linh is a registered Architect in Australia with over 35 years of post-qualification experience. As an accomplished all-rounder, he has successfully led projects from concept and developed design stages through to detailed construction drawings and construction services.
Linh possesses in-depth knowledge of the Australian building regulations and construction methodologies, including the Australian National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards such as the Livable Housing Design Standard (LHDS) and Social Housing Design Guidelines.
During Linh’s career as a senior architect, he has acquired experience across a diverse range of sectors including high-rise residential, infrastructure (train stations and train maintenance facilities), institutional projects (police stations), medical centres, commercial, mixed-use developments, and social housing apartments.
