Paul Fairley

Paul is a Chartered UK Architect with over 20 years of post-qualification experience. He oversees Atlas’s design support, architecture, and interior design documentation teams.

Paul has extensive and wide-ranging project management experience; from concept design and detailed planning through to working drawings and on-site delivery. His career to date encompasses the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, leading key architect, and interior design client accounts across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, residential, commercial, aviation, hospitality, education, and mixed-use developments.

Paul possesses in-depth knowledge of the UK planning system, building regulations, design guides and construction methodologies, and is highly skilled in BIM process and delivery. His leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in delivering complex projects and driving the success of multidisciplinary teams.
