Atlas delivered advanced civil modelling services to retrofit legacy MX road models into a fully dynamic Civil 3D corridor environment compatible with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. Using supplied geometric data—without redesign—our team developed coordinated corridor models incorporating templates, custom subassemblies, design profiles, and cross sections with associated sample line views.

A fully coordinated architectural Revit BIM model, construction-stage drawing packages, and BIM support were delivered for a specialist sports training centre, including indoor training pitch, supporting facilities for players and staff, as well as residential accommodation to support on-site training programmes.

Structural Revit modelling and documentation services were delivered to support the transformation of a major sports stadium including the addition of a new 45,000 m² roof structure. The scope focused on developing coordinated digital models and construction documentation for the halo structure, ensuring accuracy and buildability across this large-span intervention. The resulting models and drawings supported the efficient coordination and construction delivery for the stadium upgrade.

A full tender-stage structural documentation package was produced for three buildings within an equestrian centre development, including coordinated 3D modelling and general arrangement drawings in Revit, alongside reinforced concrete intent drawings in AutoCAD. Integrated structural design services ensured the architectural vision was supported by a robust, buildable engineering solution.

Structural engineering support was delivered for a 42-storey, 6-star hotel featuring an ambitious architectural form and a prominent external diagrid steel frame. The scope included Revit Structure modelling and documentation, together with reinforced concrete detailing in AutoCAD and Tekla to support coordinated construction delivery.

BIM model management services were delivered through the construction documentation stage for selected elements of a large-scale convention and exhibition centre development. Working from the client’s original Revit Structures model, on-demand updates were managed using 2D inputs to reflect ongoing site changes, ensuring the model remained accurate and coordinated throughout delivery.

A four-minute animated marketing video was produced to showcase the design and context of a proposed mixed-use healthcare campus. Existing SketchUp and Revit models were refined and developed to an appropriate level of detail, then integrated with satellite mapping to accurately represent site topography and geographic context. Select surrounding areas were also modelled to enhance realism and visual continuity.

Recognising early that conventional modelling methods would be insufficient to capture the complexities of the structure’s design, we adopted an advanced digital workflow that harnessed parametric processes and automation.

For the construction of an elevated roadway, the main contractor needed a 3D model of a specialised lifting frame used during construction. Using supplied 2D AutoCAD shop drawings, we modelled the lifting frame in Tekla to LOD 300 and created a construction sequence animation using Navisworks and Autodesk 3D Studio Max.

BIM advisory and coordination services were delivered to support the renovation of two existing hospital buildings and the construction of a new facility providing additional clinical and support spaces. The scope included detailed reviews of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to identify omissions and ensure alignment with the client’s brief and project objectives.

Structural and MEP BIM modelling support was delivered to enable accurate coordination and construction-ready documentation. The scope included ComFlor sacrificial formwork modelling and Blue Bangers modelling to coordinate cast-in proprietary anchor points for services support.

Architectural documentation support was provided during the construction stage to meet the project’s demanding programme. The team rapidly delivered documentation for staged building consent, construction issue, and construction observation phases, enabling works to progress in line with tight approval and delivery milestones.

Architectural documentation support was provided from the planning stage. The engagement commenced with the delivery of RIBA Stage 3 architectural 2D drawings in MicroStation, before transitioning to Revit for the production of RIBA Stage 4 design and construction documentation.

Comprehensive architectural documentation support was delivered in ArchiCAD from design development through to construction documentation for a 24-storey development comprising premium-grade office space, retail, sports facilities and various amenities.

MEP modelling, documentation, and services coordination were delivered for a 51-storey integrated development comprising premium-grade offices, serviced apartments, and a retail podium. The scope included LOD 300 MEP modelling and ongoing coordination with architectural and structural models to support efficient design development and construction delivery.

Multidisciplinary Revit modelling services were delivered for a 30-storey premium office tower with retail podium. Working from tender documentation supplied in PDF and CAD formats, coordinated Revit models were developed across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Point cloud survey data was used to modify and update an existing Revit model of a healthcare facility to support its transformation into a private hospital. LOD 200 Revit models were developed for all major building elements, including architectural, structural, and MEP components.

BIM management services were delivered throughout the design and construct phase of a 96-bed student accommodation project. The scope included preparation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Common Data Environment (CDE), LOD 300 design model reviews, and detailed LOD 400 BIM modelling to support construction.

A global property owner partnered with our team to translate their digital strategy into a sustainable, actionable plan for future investment and delivery. With a commitment to implementing BIM to improve efficiency across time, cost, and material utilisation, the client sought a structured approach to embedding BIM into their project delivery processes.

LOD 200 Revit models were developed from point cloud data for two retail premises, capturing both interior and exterior spaces. The models included Revit Family elements such as partitions, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, structural elements, lighting, and fixtures and furniture.

During the construction stage, we provided clash detection and reporting to support multidisciplinary BIM coordination. Using the design consultant’s clash matrix, our team applied Solibri—a leading BIM quality assurance solution—to identify, document, and resolve potential conflicts across all disciplines.

To support the design bid process for a major airport expansion, we delivered specialist Revit modelling and 3D animation services to visualise a new midfield concourse and terminal building.

Architectural Revit support was provided across RIBA Stages 2, 3 and 4 for an integrated education campus comprising nine buildings. The development brought together junior and senior schools with a range of specialist teaching and learning facilities, student amenities, a library, sports hall and swimming pool. A coordinated, model-led approach supported design development and documentation across this complex, multi-building education project.

Led by our civil team, this project brought together civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines to deliver comprehensive as-built documentation for upgrade works to a wastewater treatment facility.

Retrospective BIM models were developed as part of the redevelopment of a major convention centre, using scan-to-BIM workflows to capture existing conditions with accuracy. Laser scan and point cloud data were used to create an LOD 300 BIM model of the primary and secondary structural elements, while a detailed LOD 400 Tekla model was produced for the steelwork. Our work provided a reliable digital foundation to support redevelopment planning and design.

Architectural documentation support was provided during the construction documentation stage for a large integrated entertainment complex comprising a casino, a 120-key hotel, a multi-purpose function centre, wellness and fitness facilities, and a range of food and beverage venues. Working within a Revit A360 environment, the team supported ongoing design updates and coordinated architectural documentation with structural and other consultant packages.

Architectural Revit modelling and documentation were delivered for back-of-house and front-of-house areas of an 80,000-seat football stadium. The scope included clash detection and construction documentation, with all models and drawings developed to align with the client’s Revit libraries and graphic standards. High-quality, coordinated deliverables supported consistency, accuracy, and constructability across this large-scale, complex venue.

Efficient and accurate as-built modelling for complex gas transmission and storage pipeline infrastructure.

We collaborated closely with the client to create a fly-thru animation of a service station site.

Supporting the client’s first Revit-based interior design project, we developed the Revit model from SketchUp and CAD drawings and worked on the 20,000 m² interior fit-out project from concept design visualisation stage through design development, tender, value engineering and construction documentation stages.

At the 50% developed design stage, architectural Revit modelling and documentation were provided for a secondary school project. A total of 169 drawings were produced, helping to deliver new teaching and learning spaces while ensuring the client’s design intent was maintained.

At the developed design stage, architectural Revit modelling and documentation were provided for a new teaching and learning building. A total of sixty drawings were produced to support the project, delivered efficiently and to a high-quality within a constrained timeline.

RIBA Stage 3 structural design development was supported for a complex education project comprising a new primary school, high school, sports centre and specialist facilities. Working from architectural drawings and structural scheme sketches, a coordinated structural Revit model was developed alongside the full suite of structural drawings.

Appointed to support RIBA Stage 4 design development, the project involved the production of a full set of architectural drawings alongside a fully coordinated ArchiCAD model. Working from tender drawings supplied in PDF format and consultant information, we developed the drawings while supporting design coordination across interior design, visualisation, MEP and structural disciplines.

We partnered with the project’s building services engineering consultant to deliver MEP Stage 4III documentation for a fast-tracked education project. The scope included 140 drawings produced within a five-week programme.

We provided structural engineering Revit modelling and documentation support for a major university development delivering state-of-the-art academic teaching and research facilities. Working as partner to the wider consultant team, we produced coordinated structural 3D models and comprehensive 2D drawing sets. Our structured, model-led approach helped ensure clarity, coordination and buildability across this complex education project.

To support the successful delivery of a multi-site education programme, we deployed two dedicated architectural teams— totalling more than twenty architects—to work alongside the client through the tender stage. The scope covered new buildings and extensions across four schools, delivering a diverse range of contemporary teaching and learning environments.

Engaged during the bid phase, we developed a 3D model and fly-through presentation using approximate 2D data and limited supplier information. The one-minute video was created to illustrate the general layout and visual character of the plant, capturing all key buildings and indicative services routing. In addition, a series of still images and defined viewpoints were produced to support the bid submission.

Tekla modelling to support delivery of rectification works to mining infrastructure, including modelling of structures and selected elements, identification of re-welding works, and delivery of module drawings.

Using Revizto and Navisworks, we delivered a federated and fully coordinated model for a complex high-capacity roadway infrastructure project. Our digital engineering services included managing and updating subcontractor model registers, undertaking multidisciplinary model coordination, providing Revit Family support, and reporting and tracking issues.

Engaged during the design and build phase, we provided structural engineering BIM support for a major drinking water infrastructure project. Our scope included topographic and riprap layer modelling (top face only), tower modelling including building elements (no internal assets), pile coordinate modelling including sheet piles, and on-ground pipes modelling including valves.

BIM modelling services were delivered in Revit across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines for a wastewater infrastructure project involving the extension of existing tunnels to improve used-water collection across the city.

Structural documentation support was provided for a three-lane highway forming part of a 12- to 13-kilometre marine causeway. We delivered reinforced concrete drawings and more than 250 bar bending schedules to a very constrained programme, supporting accurate fabrication and efficient construction of this major infrastructure asset.

As-constructed updates were delivered across civil and structural disciplines using Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, 12D and other project-specific software. The scope included updating BIM models and drawings to reflect built works, incorporating selected architectural and MEP elements.

The client required an architectural documentation partner with strong Revit and BIM360 expertise to deliver high-quality drawings within a constrained programme.

Architectural interior design Revit (BIM 360) modelling and documentation services were delivered for a large integrated development comprising a mix of residential typologies within a 29-storey tower, plus educational and community facilities.

Architectural construction documentation was delivered at RIBA Stage 5 for a large mixed-use development comprising three towers above a retail podium. The scheme includes residential apartments across 33- and 29-storey towers, alongside a 23-storey, 190-key four-star hotel.

To support cladding remediation on a mid-rise residential apartment building, we developed the architectural Revit model using as-built drawings and additional survey data.

Revit-based BIM digital engineering coordination services for rail tunnels and cross passages. Our scope focused on MEP coordination, with a Senior BIM Coordinator embedded full time on the project for four months, supported by a part-time Senior Manager.

We provided multidisciplinary BIM modelling and documentation support to deliver the as-constructed drawings and updated models for a new complex metro station.

Architectural Revit modelling and documentation services were delivered for three stations forming part of a new 10.2-kilometre city rail line. Our work involved two underground stations and one above-ground station.

This project involved a new express rail link terminus featuring a landmark entrance hall with a 200-metre-long by 75-metre-wide roof of complex geometry, supported by distinctive clad mega columns. The 100,000 m² front-of-house area accommodates 70 retail concessions within a central concourse atrium.

The client needed an experienced project delivery partner with skills in MEP design, coordination, modelling, documentation and BIM delivery to assist in the delivery of selected elements of an underground mass rapid transit interchange station.

Working within a BIM360 environment, and to the BIM Execution Plan and Revit templates, we delivered architectural Revit LOD 300 modelling and documentation for the stations and depot during IFC stage over a period of three months.

A full set of architectural interior documentation was developed in Revit for all buildings within a new luxury hotel and residential development, working from supplied CAD files, project imagery and consultant models.

Architectural Revit modelling and documentation were delivered through the detail design and tender stages for a 277-key hotel including restaurant, bar, fitness centre and swimming pool.

Our scope focused on architectural Revit modelling of the shell and core during RIBA Stage 4 for a 262-bed budget hotel.

We provided multidisciplinary design and BIM delivery services for a US$1 billion mixed-use development, comprising several residential buildings delivering over 2,000 apartments, community centre, and landscaped podium. The scale of the project and a highly compressed programme presented significant delivery challenges.

Working from supplied SketchUp models and drawings, Revit models were developed to produce interior design fit-out drawing packages for a series of curated workspaces, including coworking areas, meeting rooms, private offices, and lounge and event spaces.

Architectural documentation for a 44-storey residential tower, delivering all apartment drawings within an eight-week programme. Our work included producing overall floor plans for levels 05 to 44, covering apartment layouts, internal party walls, partitions, joinery set-out, as well as tower corridor and service set-out.

Using a flexible, time-charged resource model, we augmented the client’s BIM capability with an experienced team skilled in advanced Revit 3D modelling within an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment.

This co-living development comprises apartments, amenity spaces, and commercial units across several mid-rise buildings. Using supplied 2D CAD drawings, we developed an architectural Revit model at LOD 300 and delivered the RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 drawings, enabling coordinated design and efficient project delivery.

We provided architectural support for a mega mixed-use development, producing Revit models for twenty residential apartment buildings, plus sporting and community facilities. Our work enabled coordinated design and streamlined documentation across the diverse elements of the project.

The client needed to fast-track the delivery of a revised planning application submission for a multi-building residential development and required additional resources to update the architectural Revit models and drawings from the previous scheme to the new scheme.

We supported the delivery of interior design for a new 194-room luxury hotel, developing architectural Revit models for each room type from existing 2D CAD plans.

For RIBA Stage 4, we produced 218 high-quality drawings incorporating all guest rooms and guest room corridors, allowing the client to focus their team on the restaurant and other public areas.

Architectural Revit documentation and project coordination were delivered for a large mixed-use development comprising five residential towers above a three-level podium and a six-level interconnected basement. The scheme includes two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, a day care centre, supermarket and convenience retail.

Supporting phase one of a large multi-unit residential development across several buildings, our architectural services focused on RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 delivery, including the production of LOD 200 architectural Revit models and their development and optimisation to LOD 350, alongside comprehensive drawing production.

To support a revised planning application for a high-rise residential tower the client needed additional resources to allow their own team to concentrate on design matters and stakeholder management.

We delivered architectural services to support the redesign of a residential tower to incorporate a second staircase. The work included reconfiguring floor and apartment layouts, adjusting the unit mix, and modifying the façade, alongside the production of drawings for the revised planning application.

We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support for a residential-led mixed-use development comprising four buildings ranging from 6 to 14 storeys. The scheme delivers 424 one- to four-bedroom apartments within a total floor area of 42,000 m².

Architectural Revit models were developed to LOD 200 using existing planning-stage 2D CAD information and then progressed to LOD 300 – 350 to support delivery of RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 documentation, including the Gateway 2 submission. In total, we delivered 1,141 high-quality coordinated drawings for the residential-led mixed-use tower development.

Working from existing planning-stage 2D CAD information, we built LOD 200 architectural Revit models incorporating the updated design intent. The models were then progressed to LOD 300 – 350, supporting the delivery of comprehensive RIBA Stage 4 documentation totalling 490 drawings.

Architectural services included the creation of LOD 200 Revit models, development of Revit models to LOD 300 – LOD 350 and production of RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 (including Gateway 2 submission) documentation comprising a total of 1,658 drawings.

Development of architectural Revit models from LOD 200 through to LOD 300 – 350 and production of comprehensive RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 documentation, totalling several hundred drawings. We also supported a redesign to incorporate Building Safety Act 2022 requirements.

As part of the wider Fiona Stanley Hospital development, the FSH design collaboration team was tasked with delivering the purpose-built Mental Health Unit located adjacent.

The State Rehabilitation Service was relocated to a new 140-bed tertiary rehabilitation facility within the Fiona Stanley Hospital campus. We delivered a centralised architectural documentation solution, producing coordinated drawing packages including room loading, FF&E plans and internal room elevations to Codebook requirements.

Our flexible resourcing capability enabled a team of 30+ architects and management to work on the project at its peak, delivering a total of 3,630 architectural room layout sheets prepared to local government standards and guidelines.

A flexible resourcing approach allowed the client to scale the project team up or down in response to programme requirements.

We partnered with the client’s US-based design team to deliver MEP design, BIM modelling and documentation through the design development and construction documentation stages. Working from schematic design information and FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities we developed the initial MEP design development documentation.

BIM consultancy, implementation, and training services supported the redevelopment of a health centre emergency department, enabling the project team to establish clear, consistent digital workflows from early stages. The scope included review and preparation of the Digital BIM Execution Plan (DBEP), assessment of Revit templates, BIM 360 guidance, and coordination support through clash detection workflows using Navisworks and Revizto.

MEP modelling and documentation for a new tertiary paediatric hospital—the largest hospital of its kind in the world with 800-beds. Our scope of work included detail design modelling, coordination, design calculations, and clash detection and documentation.

An existing two-storey building was being converted into a state-of-the-art data centre, and the client required rapid design and test fits of multiple layout options to support end-user presentations. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we delivered an integrated design service, including BIM model creation and comprehensive MEP design support.

The client required an advanced architectural Revit 3D model at RIBA Stage 3 level of detail for works involving alterations to the museum’s entrance. Working within a Revit BIM360 environment, we developed the model from supplied schematic design documents, including PDFs, renders, and the existing ArchiCAD model.

We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support during the construction stage of a gallery expansion project. Our scope included finalising drawing packages for IFC and RCC issuance, as well as updating models and drawings for life system plans.

We were engaged to support the realignment of acoustic panelling damaged during an earthquake by creating a Revit model of the theatre’s internal structure from laser scans and point cloud data. The model integrated the new point cloud information with the base build model, with adjustments applied to accurately reflect the existing conditions. This enabled the architects to re-design the acoustic panels and return the concert hall to perfect timbre.

Our flexible project team played a key role in supporting successful delivery under a fast-tracked programme that evolved frequently due to the impact of the global financial crisis and complex multi-stakeholder environment. We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation for the baggage collection areas, security screening zones and airside walkway during the design development and construction stages.

We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support for a domestic terminal undergoing a security upgrade. Working closely with the client’s team over a four-month period, our three-person team delivered architectural developed design and issued-for-tender documentation.

Using AutoCAD, we delivered approximately 2,000 reinforced concrete detail drawings for a new four-storey airport terminal designed to accommodate 10 million passengers annually. To support close coordination and efficient delivery, our team was seconded to the client’s office, working alongside our client’s team throughout the programme.

Engaged during the construction phase of the airport terminal and runway expansion, we provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support. Working from 2D CAD design drawings, we developed LOD 200 and LOD 300 BIM models and extracted general arrangement plans, sections and elevations to support construction delivery.

We delivered comprehensive as-built documentation services, providing a multidisciplinary team to update 3,826 AutoCAD and Revit drawings from IFC to as-built to reflect construction changes across the landside civil and building package.

To support the design, construction and asset management of Hong Kong Airport’s new 30,000 m² Annexe building, we delivered coordinated LOD 300 and LOD 350 BIM models incorporating architectural, structural, MEP (4), façade and civil disciplines.

Engaged by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) we delivered a point cloud-to-as-built BIM proof of concept model for selected areas. The project involved developing a LOD 500 Revit model directly from point cloud data, without reliance on IFC 2D CAD information, with COBie-compliant asset data and Enscape material finishes applied.

We were appointed by the Airport Authority Hong Kong to deliver an as-built asset rich BIM model of Terminal 1. The as-built model was to be used for asset and facilities management purposes and as a visualisation and working tool for future development and expansion.

We responded to the project’s start–stop delivery programme by providing a flexible resourcing model that allowed the client to scale support as required. This approach enabled the efficient delivery of multiple structural drawing packages.

Working from detailed design information supplied in CAD and PDF formats, we developed an architectural interior design Revit model to support the production of tender documentation for the interior fit-out. Custom 2D and 3D Revit families were created to LOD 250.
