We developed a detailed BIM model of the proposed midfield concourse, incorporating surrounding context to accurately represent scale, interfaces, and site conditions. Building on this, we produced a three-minute 3D animation that showcased key design elements, spatial planning, and construction sequencing. Together, these services enabled stakeholders to clearly understand the proposed development, assess design intent, and confidently communicate the project vision during the competitive bid phase.
