Architectural documentation support was provided during the construction stage to meet the project’s demanding programme. The project comprises a four-level office building incorporating retail, office, and food and beverage uses, alongside a separate five-level car park structure. Timely, well-coordinated documentation played a critical role in maintaining momentum across the construction phase.
