Development of architectural Revit models from LOD 200 through to LOD 300 – 350 and production of comprehensive RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 documentation, totalling several hundred drawings. We also supported a redesign to incorporate Building Safety Act 2022 requirements.
The project involved several hundred apartments of mixed typology across multiple buildings.
