The client needed to fast-track the delivery of a revised planning application submission for a multi-building residential development and required additional resources to update the architectural Revit models and drawings from the previous scheme to the new scheme.
We updated the models to reflect the changes to the building massing and reproduced the drawings for the revised planning submission.
During the collaboration we identified design issues and proposed solutions, rationalised the apartment layouts, and highlighted concerns regarding planning or coordination.
