Architectural services included the creation of LOD 200 Revit models, development of Revit models to LOD 300 – LOD 350 and production of RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 (including Gateway 2 submission) documentation comprising a total of 1,658 drawings.
The large residential-led mixed-use development includes a combination of commercial spaces and several hundred apartments across four buildings.
