We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support for a residential-led mixed-use development comprising four buildings ranging from 6 to 14 storeys. The scheme delivers 424 one- to four-bedroom apartments within a total floor area of 42,000 m².
Working from existing 2D CAD files, we developed architectural Revit models to LOD 200 and progressed them to LOD 300, producing approximately 1,200 high-quality drawings to support RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 delivery.
