Architectural Revit models were developed to LOD 200 using existing planning-stage 2D CAD information and then progressed to LOD 300 – 350 to support delivery of RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 documentation, including the Gateway 2 submission. In total, we delivered 1,141 high-quality coordinated drawings for the residential-led mixed-use tower development.
