To support a revised planning application for a high-rise residential tower the client needed additional resources to allow their own team to concentrate on design matters and stakeholder management.
Engaged during RIBA Stages 3 and 4 we provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation services to help progress the updated scheme and deliver the required drawing packages, ensuring the expanded proposal advanced smoothly through planning resubmission while maintaining design intent.
