Working from existing planning-stage 2D CAD information, we built LOD 200 architectural Revit models incorporating the updated design intent. The models were then progressed to LOD 300 – 350, supporting the delivery of comprehensive RIBA Stage 4 documentation totalling 490 drawings.
The project comprises a 50,000 m² mixed-use development across two buildings rising to 33 storeys, delivering residential apartments of mixed typology alongside light industrial space and flexible commercial uses.
