We understand the pressures design teams, main contractors, and asset owners face in the fast-paced commercial property sector.
From high-performance office towers and campus workplaces to redevelopment and adaptive re-use, vehicle showrooms, heritage building transformations, workplace fit-outs, and facade reconstruction, we act as an integrated project partner. Our team supports clients across every stage to help meet time, cost, and quality targets with confidence.
Architectural documentation support was provided during the construction stage to meet the project’s demanding programme. The team rapidly delivered documentation for staged building consent, construction issue, and construction observation phases, enabling works to progress in line with tight approval and delivery milestones.
The project comprises a four-level office building incorporating retail, office, and food and beverage uses, alongside a separate five-level car park structure. Timely, well-coordinated documentation played a critical role in maintaining momentum across the construction phase.
Architecture
Architectural documentation support was provided from the planning stage. The engagement commenced with the delivery of RIBA Stage 3 architectural 2D drawings in MicroStation, before transitioning to Revit for the production of RIBA Stage 4 design and construction documentation.
A flexible resourcing model was adopted, with a core team of five to seven professionals scaled to meet changing project demands. This approach enabled rapid mobilisation, consistent output, and timely delivery as the project progressed through critical design stages.
Architecture
Comprehensive architectural documentation support was delivered in ArchiCAD from design development through to construction documentation for a 24-storey development comprising premium-grade office space, retail, sports facilities and various amenities.
To support seamless integration with the client’s team, a dedicated team member was seconded to the client’s office during the schematic design stage. This close collaboration enabled a deep understanding of the project’s design intent, ensuring accurate, coordinated documentation and a smooth transition through subsequent delivery stages.
Architecture
MEP modelling, documentation, and services coordination were delivered for a 51-storey integrated development comprising premium-grade offices, serviced apartments, and a retail podium. The scope included LOD 300 MEP modelling and ongoing coordination with architectural and structural models to support efficient design development and construction delivery.
Clash detection and model reviews were undertaken to coordinate MEP subcontractor inputs, with models maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle. The engagement also included value engineering and maintenance strategy development for technical floors, ensuring adequate access and clearance for plant and equipment—including detailed reviews of catwalk maintenance areas.
Deliverables included Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Builder’s Works Drawings (BWD), providing clear, coordinated documentation to support construction and long-term operability.
MEP Engineering
Multidisciplinary Revit modelling services were delivered for a 30-storey premium office tower with retail podium. Working from tender documentation supplied in PDF and CAD formats, coordinated Revit models were developed across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
The scope included architectural building elements, façade and interior design models to LOD 300, alongside an LOD 300 MEP model.
Multidiscipline Revit Modelling
A global property owner partnered with our team to translate their digital strategy into a sustainable, actionable plan for future investment and delivery. With a commitment to implementing BIM to improve efficiency across time, cost, and material utilisation, the client sought a structured approach to embedding BIM into their project delivery processes.
Working closely with stakeholders, a comprehensive BIM Implementation Roadmap was developed to align owners, consultants, and contractors through an integrated construction information management framework. The scope included the development of tailored BIM standard documents and the delivery of targeted training to ensure stakeholders clearly understood the client’s BIM vision, roadmap, documentation, and digital platforms—laying the foundation for consistent, scalable BIM adoption across the portfolio.

Working from supplied SketchUp models and drawings, Revit models were developed to produce interior design fit-out drawing packages for a series of curated workspaces, including coworking areas, meeting rooms, private offices, and lounge and event spaces.
Interiors
Partnering with the delivery architect, a dedicated team of two full-time architectural Revit documenters supported by a manager and project director, delivered architectural modelling and documentation through the post-design competition stages of a landmark office tower.
Delivery was undertaken within the client’s BIM 360 Collaborative Work Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), in strict accordance with established Revit modelling procedures, protocols, and standards. A Project Execution Plan was developed at project commencement to define workflows, governance, and ongoing monitoring processes.
The scope included architectural design development documentation in Revit, review and coordination of embedded services and structural drawings, and daily model reviews. A well-established client project team worked in close collaboration with our team on a daily basis, ensuring seamless integration and continuity of delivery.
Architecture
The client was delivering a pipeline of projects across multiple asset types and required dedicated BIM management support. Working from the client’s headquarters, we collaborated closely with their management team to develop the BIM Execution Plan and provided ongoing BIM management services, including leading BIM coordination meetings.
In addition, we delivered targeted training for internal stakeholders and external consultants, ensuring consistent adoption of BIM management processes across the project portfolio.

The development team appointed us to partner with the lead design consultant during the intensive design and build phase. Additional resources were required to deliver the design development and issue for construction architectural interior design drawings and Revit modelling.
Our scope involved two iconic fifty-storey towers, part of a landmark four tower precinct arranged symmetrically around a central plaza surrounded by podium buildings with retail uses, and basement levels with car parking and links to a light rail transit station.
Interiors
We partnered with two design consultants to help produce the architectural drawings required for design development, planning, and construction documentation stages for the redevelopment of an office building including façade reconstruction.
Using a flexible resourcing model and collaborating closely with the architects’ teams, we produced the trade package of drawings in four months and the construction documentation comprising 580 drawings in 6 months.
Architecture
A team of three delivered a comprehensive package of architectural Revit drawings during RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 over nine months, including resolution of key design challenges and compliance issues helping to streamline coordination and reduce potential risks during construction.
Architecture
During the design and construct stage of a nine-storey A-Grade office campus building, the main contractor needed a BIM partner to develop a fully coordinated, all-disciplines Revit model. They wanted the outputs from the structural, architectural, and MEP consultants to be integrated into a single, evolving BIM as the design progressed.
We authored the project-specific BIM Execution Plans for all disciplines and developed and managed the fully federated LOD 300 model including updates throughout delivery.
3D models and documentation were produced for every discipline, with MEPF 3D modelling extended through construction, contract administration, and post-practical completion stages. We also led 4D/5D/6D integration, and provided full clash detection, issue resolution, and design model adjustments aligned with agreed system priorities. Enscape visualisations were produced for client sign-off, and we ensured accurate tagging and metadata structuring for FM systems. Our team also supported the client with trade package development, workshop drawing reviews, schedule generation, RFI resolution and defects inspections and at project completion handed-over a fully coordinated as-built LOD 500 model ready for operational use.
At project end, the client received a well-coordinated, clash free model in roughly 60% of the time a conventional workflow would have required. This upfront efficiency provided a reliable model for construction and allowed the project to reach completion ahead of schedule.
