Trusted by leading international design consultants and main contractors, our teams support the delivery of a diverse range of cultural, civic and justice projects. Our experience spans art galleries, museums, opera houses and cultural centres, through to performing arts venues, theatres, auditoriums and town halls, as well as justice and emergency services facilities including operations centres, courtrooms, and correctional facilities.
Structural and MEP BIM modelling support was delivered to enable accurate coordination and construction-ready documentation. The scope included ComFlor sacrificial formwork modelling and Blue Bangers modelling to coordinate cast-in proprietary anchor points for services support.
Clash-free electrical and plumbing and drainage construction documentation models were developed, alongside LOD 400 services fabrication and shop-drawing models. The coordinated, high-detail outputs supported efficient installation, reduced site rework, and improved certainty during construction of the 40,000 m2 precinct.

The client required an advanced architectural Revit 3D model at RIBA Stage 3 level of detail for works involving alterations to the museum’s entrance. Working within a Revit BIM360 environment, we developed the model from supplied schematic design documents, including PDFs, renders, and the existing ArchiCAD model.
Our team delivered a complete Revit model alongside a full set of design development documentation. We also supported design coordination across VS, interior design, MEP, and structural disciplines throughout the programme.
Architecture
We provided architectural Revit modelling and documentation support during the construction stage of a gallery expansion project. Our scope included finalising drawing packages for IFC and RCC issuance, as well as updating models and drawings for life system plans.
A flexible team of architects and technicians, highly experienced in Revit modelling and documentation, worked closely with the client to meet the intensive programme and ensure timely delivery of all project documentation.
Architecture
We were engaged to support the realignment of acoustic panelling damaged during an earthquake by creating a Revit model of the theatre’s internal structure from laser scans and point cloud data. The model integrated the new point cloud information with the base build model, with adjustments applied to accurately reflect the existing conditions. This enabled the architects to re-design the acoustic panels and return the concert hall to perfect timbre.
Scan-to-BIM
We collaborated with a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to deliver structural and MEP services for a high-profile cultural centre celebrating the rich heritage of Chinese Opera. Our scope included BIM modelling, MEP coordination, and structural design support and documentation through the design development and construction documentation stages.
Coordinated LOD 300 BIM models were produced for MEPF services, supporting design integration and efficient project delivery.

MEP Engineering
Working collaboratively with the engineering consultancy via the BIM server, we produced 2D structural Revit documentation from the client-controlled 3D model. The project comprised a ten-storey museum building with five mezzanine levels. All required documentation was issued in PDF format, in line with the client’s programme and delivery requirements.
Structural Engineering
The client sought to develop a comprehensive 3D BIM model of a municipal building, capturing the existing structure with high-accuracy using a scan-to-BIM process. The primary objective was to integrate the model with asset data and building information, ensuring consistency with the building’s previously established data structure, content, and exchange formats.
We created the models using existing drawings of only primary elements without precise finishes or detailed components, then overlayed them with point cloud scan data to verify and refine the model. The final deliverable was a LOD 300 Revit model incorporating architectural, MEPF, and structural elements.
This project supports facility management, future renovations, and long-term asset maintenance by providing a reliable digital representation of the building.

Scan-to-BIM
As part of the refurbishment of this grade II listed building, our architect client required a detailed Revit model of the existing building.
Using supplied point cloud data and survey CAD drawings, we developed a LOD 300 BIM model capturing the building’s existing architectural and structural conditions.
