BIM management services were delivered throughout the design and construct phase of a 96-bed student accommodation project. The scope included preparation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Common Data Environment (CDE), LOD 300 design model reviews, and detailed LOD 400 BIM modelling to support construction.
Digital coordination was undertaken using Revizto to manage clash detection and resolve issues across disciplines. The engagement concluded with LOD 500 as-built model updates, providing an accurate, information-rich digital asset to support project handover and ongoing facilities management.

Architectural Revit support was provided across RIBA Stages 2, 3 and 4 for an integrated education campus comprising nine buildings. The development brought together junior and senior schools with a range of specialist teaching and learning facilities, student amenities, a library, sports hall and swimming pool. A coordinated, model-led approach supported design development and documentation across this complex, multi-building education project.

Supporting the client’s first Revit-based interior design project, we developed the Revit model from SketchUp and CAD drawings and worked on the 20,000 m2 interior fit-out project from concept design visualisation stage through design development, tender, value engineering and construction documentation stages.
A full set of plans, sections, elevations, details, and joinery was delivered, while CGI visualisations were produced within two weeks of concept completion. We coordinated the model between disciplines and extracted data for area, furniture, and workstation scheduling.

At the 50% developed design stage, architectural Revit modelling and documentation were provided for a secondary school project. A total of 169 drawings were produced, helping to deliver new teaching and learning spaces while ensuring the client’s design intent was maintained.

Working from tender drawings supplied in PDF format and consultant information, we developed the drawings while supporting design coordination across interior design, visualisation, MEP and structural disciplines.
Throughout the project, we worked directly with the client within a shared BIM cloud environment, enabling efficient collaboration, coordination and model development.

Structural Engineering
To support the successful delivery of a multi-site education programme, we deployed two dedicated architectural teams— totalling more than twenty architects—to work alongside the client through the tender stage. The scope covered new buildings and extensions across four schools, delivering a diverse range of contemporary teaching and learning environments.
Our role included architectural tender documentation as well as FF&E modelling and documentation, all produced to the client’s established graphic standards. In total, we delivered more than 750 drawings within a demanding programme, helping the client meet critical deadlines with confidence.

To enhance flexibility and streamline the development of the façade and window schedules, inherited grouped façades were replaced with Revit window system families. These included parameters for spandrel and window heights, materials, module counts, locations, and louvre operations—enabling efficient exploration of design options and accurate scheduling for every element.
This approach produced detailed, adaptable models for our client that improved coordination, supported informed decision-making, and ensured high-quality documentation for construction delivery.
