Structural engineering support was delivered for a 42-storey, 6-star hotel featuring an ambitious architectural form and a prominent external diagrid steel frame. The scope included Revit Structure modelling and documentation, together with reinforced concrete detailing in AutoCAD and Tekla to support coordinated construction delivery.
The building’s external exoskeleton—particularly where it transitions into complex free-form areas—required advanced structural analysis and close multidisciplinary coordination. A full suite of construction drawings was produced for all concrete elements, including foundations, slabs, core walls, and steel lift structures. The façade and cladding systems were analysed in collaboration with the architectural team to rationalise panelisation and develop a cohesive, buildable solution that preserved the design intent while ensuring long-term performance.
Additional coordination aligned the new structural design with pre-existing foundations and piling from an earlier scheme, maximising reuse and reducing cost, programme risk, and disruption. The resulting documentation and models provided a robust framework for delivering a complex, high-profile hospitality project with confidence and precision.
Revit Structure Modelling and Documentation
RC Detailing
A full set of architectural interior documentation was developed in Revit for all buildings within a new luxury hotel and residential development, working from supplied CAD files, project imagery and consultant models.
The scope covered schematic design, detailed design and construction tender documentation stages. In parallel, clash detection services were provided to support coordination and constructability across the development.
The project features 364 hotel rooms and suites, a standalone spa, ballroom, restaurant and bar options, children’s areas, sports and wellbeing facilities, as well as private residences comprising 107 villas and 80 luxury apartments.
Interiors
Architectural Revit modelling and documentation were delivered through the detail design and tender stages for a 277-key hotel including restaurant, bar, fitness centre and swimming pool.
We assisted the client with coordination across architectural, interior design, structural and building services disciplines, as well as converting an ArchiCAD interior model supplied by the interior designer into Revit. In total, we produced 191 high-quality coordinated drawings.

Our scope focused on architectural Revit modelling of the shell and core during RIBA Stage 4 for a 262-bed budget hotel.
Working from supplied CAD and PDF elevations, we updated the Revit model and selected drawings to reflect revised floor-to-floor heights. Additional modelling and documentation were delivered for the substation, external stair and ramp, along with a series of bay elevation drawings developed in line with the client’s reference standards.

Working collaboratively with two design and façade consultants, a flexible architectural team was deployed to deliver Revit-based tender documentation and issue-for-construction drawings for both the base build and internal layouts. The scope also included the efficient delivery of drawings to support prefabricated bathroom pods.
The project comprises a 39-storey tower accommodating two distinct hotel brands, requiring a coordinated and efficient documentation approach to support construction.

We supported the delivery of interior design for a new 194-room luxury hotel, developing architectural Revit models for each room type from existing 2D CAD plans.
For RIBA Stage 4, we produced 218 high-quality drawings incorporating all guest rooms and guest room corridors, allowing the client to focus their team on the restaurant and other public areas.

Working from detailed design information supplied in CAD and PDF formats, we developed an architectural interior design Revit model to support the production of tender documentation for the interior fit-out. Custom 2D and 3D Revit families were created to LOD 250.
The project formed part of a broader hotel rebranding programme and focused on the renovation of a prestigious hotel bar.

We provided architectural Revit support for two new hotel developments within a larger urban precinct, comprising a 110-room hotel and a 160-room hotel.
Working from a schematic design–stage Revit model, along with CAD files, project imagery, and consultant DWG and model inputs, the team delivered architectural modelling and documentation across the concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and tender documentation stages.
In addition, we supported the client with design coordination, including VS, interior design, MEP, and structural.

Partnering with one of the world’s leading hospitality design consultants, we provided architectural interior design Revit modelling and documentation capacity to help complete the interior design package from 50% design development to 100% IFC.
Located on a reclaimed peninsula, the five-star luxury hotel includes 408-rooms, deluxe branded hotel apartments, 4 super penthouses, a premium yacht club and marina with 128 berths, 9 high-end villas, and extensive landscaping with infinity pools and private beaches.
