High-performing industrial and technical facilities demand precision, coordination and sector expertise. From warehouses and manufacturing plants to laboratories and technology precincts, these projects involve complex compliance, specialised systems and strict performance requirements.
Clients face tight programmes, cost pressures and the need for long-term operational reliability. Coordinated, multidisciplinary support is critical.
Our tea—ensuring facilities are ready for high-performance operation from day one.
Civil preliminary, detailed design and construction stage documentation for a 3 hectare site, incorporating earthworks, retaining wall and ESC roadworks, car parks, external road and round-about stormwater, bio, basin water and sewer reticulation, and as-constructed drawings.
Civil Engineering
We collaborated closely with the client to create a fly-thru animation of a service station site.
3D Visualisation
Engaged during the bid phase, we developed a 3D model and fly-through presentation using approximate 2D data and limited supplier information. The one-minute video was created to illustrate the general layout and visual character of the plant, capturing all key buildings and indicative services routing. In addition, a series of still images and defined viewpoints were produced to support the bid submission.
With the facility design at an early concept stage, elements of the services infrastructure layout and sizing were estimated for visualisation purposes, requiring close coordination and informed assumptions to deliver a clear and compelling representation of the proposed scheme.

Tekla modelling to support delivery of rectification works to mining infrastructure, including modelling of structures and selected elements, identification of re-welding works, and delivery of module drawings.

Structural Engineering
Engaged during the design and build phase, we provided structural engineering BIM support for a major drinking water infrastructure project. Our scope included topographic and riprap layer modelling (top face only), tower modelling including building elements (no internal assets), pile coordinate modelling including sheet piles, and on-ground pipes modelling including valves.
Bridge structures were also modelled using simplified geometries with appropriate levels of detail to support coordination and construction planning.
Automation tools developed from previous, comparable projects were applied to optimise resourcing, ensure consistency and accelerate delivery. The project involved the construction of a new drinking water treatment plant and transfer pipelines, increasing the city’s potable water supply capacity by approximately 60%.
Structural Engineering
BIM modelling services were delivered in Revit across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines for a wastewater infrastructure project involving the extension of existing tunnels to improve used-water collection across the city.
Architectural elements were developed to LOD 300, while structural and MEP components were modelled for the influent pumping station and associated areas, supporting coordinated design and efficient delivery of the works.

One of Asia’s largest urban, industrial and infrastructure consulting firms engaged us to provide civil engineering modelling support on a large greenfield development. The project involves the first of five estates to be developed in a future-ready innovation district to be built over twenty years.
Using our flexible resourcing, we delivered a Revit LOD 200 3D solid road and services model for coordination, incorporating roads, footpaths, drains and culverts, sewers, development plots, and terrain and parkland elements.
Civil Engineering
Using a scan-to-BIM approach, we developed a highly detailed Revit LOD 500 model of all existing structural and MEP systems for an operational oil refinery undergoing expansion and refurbishment.
Given the scale and complexity of the facility, we utilised EdgeWise pipe modelling software to automate and accelerate the generation of accurate 3D pipe work. On completion, the coordinated model was converted into a 3D AutoCAD file, providing a reliable digital foundation for design, coordination and construction planning.
