BIM management services were delivered throughout the design and construct phase of a 96-bed student accommodation project. The scope included preparation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Common Data Environment (CDE), LOD 300 design model reviews, and detailed LOD 400 BIM modelling to support construction.
Digital coordination was undertaken using Revizto to manage clash detection and resolve issues across disciplines. The engagement concluded with LOD 500 as-built model updates, providing an accurate, information-rich digital asset to support project handover and ongoing facilities management.

The client required an architectural documentation partner with strong Revit and BIM360 expertise to deliver high-quality drawings within a constrained programme.
Working from supplied RIBA Stage 3 CAD drawings, we developed a LOD 300 architectural Revit model and produced the RIBA Stage 4 fit-out documentation packages within a BIM360 environment.
The project is a mixed-use development with more than 400 residential apartments, alongside commercial and retail spaces.

Architectural interior design Revit (BIM 360) modelling and documentation services were delivered for a large integrated development comprising a mix of residential typologies within a 29-storey tower, plus educational and community facilities.
The interior design construction package, originally completed in 2D CAD, was transferred into Revit using supplied PDF information. Working closely with the client within a BIM 360 environment, we developed the architectural interior model and delivered construction documentation in line with the programme.
A flexible resourcing approach allowed the project team to scale capacity as required, supporting key delivery milestones. In addition, we reviewed and validated wayfinding consultant signage inputs to identify and resolve potential errors early, reducing rework and improving coordination. Rigorous QA/QC processes underpinned the delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and confidence across the documentation package.

To support cladding remediation on a mid-rise residential apartment building, we developed the architectural Revit model using as-built drawings and additional survey data.
The model was developed through RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 to produce the required tender and construction drawings, providing accurate and coordinated documentation to guide the remediation works.

We provided multidisciplinary design and BIM delivery services for a US$1 billion mixed-use development, comprising several residential buildings delivering over 2,000 apartments, community centre, and landscaped podium. The scale of the project and a highly compressed programme presented significant delivery challenges.

Our structural team delivered full design and documentation services, including structural analysis, load calculations, reinforcement detailing, and reporting. Architectural documentation for a 44-storey residential tower, delivering all apartment drawings within an eight-week programme. Our work included producing overall floor plans for levels 05 to 44, covering apartment layouts, internal party walls, partitions, joinery set-out, as well as tower corridor and service set-out.

Architectural Revit documentation and project coordination were delivered for a large mixed-use development comprising five residential towers above a three-level podium and a six-level interconnected basement. The scheme includes two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, a day care centre, supermarket and convenience retail.
Services spanned from development application through to design development and construction certificate stages, with technical leadership supporting the coordination of this complex multi-tower project. Close collaboration with the client’s in-house design team enabled the delivery of more than 1,000 coordinated BIM drawings, while automated digital workflows for drawing production, quality control and progress reporting drove efficiencies and supported evolving marketing and sales requirements.

We delivered architectural services to support the redesign of a residential tower to incorporate a second staircase. The work included reconfiguring floor and apartment layouts, adjusting the unit mix, and modifying the façade, alongside the production of drawings for the revised planning application.
The project forms part of a residential-led development and relates to one of three towers, rising to 42 storeys and delivering 333 private and affordable apartments within a total floor area of 38,000 m².

The project comprises a 50,000 m² mixed-use development across two buildings rising to 33 storeys, delivering residential apartments of mixed typology alongside light industrial space and flexible commercial uses.

Our initial commission covered the production of the architectural Revit tender drawing package. At 60% completion, the project was temporarily placed on hold. Following the appointment of the main contractor, our scope was reactivated and expanded to incorporate extensive value management changes, including structural and MEP coordination updates to the model.
We delivered the project through to 100% design development at LOD 300 and full construction documentation at LOD 350. The development comprises a high-rise, multi-unit residential scheme with two towers and a shared podium, delivering 260 apartments alongside communal amenities, basement parking, and ground-level retail space.

High-quality 3D visualisations for marketing purposes, including fully optimised geometry, precise modelling and asset placement, custom textures, multiple light sources and accurate ray-traced shadows and reflections.

BIM management services were provided on a time-charge basis to validate a model produced by a surveyor responsible for scanning and modelling multiple buildings within a residential precinct. The scope involved comparing the point cloud data against the surveyor’s model and identifying any misalignments in accordance with our client’s defined tolerances.
A structured clash and issue review was undertaken using the agreed rules and tolerances, with findings clearly annotated within the model. Cintoo was used to enable efficient cloud-based management and collaboration of the point cloud data.

Commencing at the architectural design development stage, we worked within a Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, providing seamless architectural modelling and documentation support through to IFC stage.
The project involves a mixed-tenure residential development of 110 units across two 3 – 4-storey buildings. An additional layer of complexity was introduced in the design by the requirement to integrate specialist disability accommodation design standards across selected apartments.

We supported the delivery of architectural landscape documentation for the villa precinct within a major mixed-use development, incorporating more than 4,000 hectares of interconnected streetscapes.
Our scope included the production of coordinated 2D drawings developed from completed Stage 1 designs. Given the highly interconnected nature of the streetscapes, careful coordination was required to maintain design continuity and ensure consistency across the broader precinct.

Commissioned by a leading design practice, architectural interior design support was provided for a grand penthouse project spanning the top two floors of an existing building. The scheme comprises more than 60 family rooms, designed and detailed to an exceptional standard.
An interior Revit model was developed to LOD 350, with comprehensive documentation delivered for RIBA Stages 3 and 4. During Stage 3, bespoke 3D Revit families were created for all joinery elements (excluding back-of-house areas), based on interior design drawings, sketches and reference imagery. Stage 4 focused on the detailed build-up and coordination of internal finishes, including walls, floors, doors, ceilings, window details and curtain pockets.
Stage 3 was completed within an 8-week programme, followed by 14 weeks to deliver the fully coordinated Stage 4 technical documentation, with a total of 275 drawings supporting a high-quality, construction-ready interior fit-out.

Architectural BIM and documentation support was provided from the early stages of this project, beginning with assistance in establishing the architectural Revit model and progressing through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, including planning application and construction documentation.
The development comprises two buildings defined by an organic, curvilinear form, rising to a maximum height of 16 storeys. The scheme delivers 456 residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, many with private garden spaces. Ground- and first-floor commercial areas provide approximately 1,300 m² of flexible retail and commercial accommodation.

Declared as a consultant in partnership at bid stage, we provided integrated architectural, structural, MEP and full BIM technical support, delivering cost efficiencies that helped secure the project—a landmark mixed-use development featuring a complex 71-storey tower above a four-storey podium with a six-star hotel, residential and serviced apartments, a casino, retail, and food and beverage spaces.
With a flexible team of 10—40 architects, engineers, and technicians, we coordinated project delivery using custom tools developed on previous large-scale projects. Direct access to the project’s cloud-based PIM system enabled efficient instruction management, consultant coordination, and issue of deliverables, while structured documentation and scheduling supported effective change control.
Our areas of focus included architectural, façade, structural and MEP modelling, architectural and MEP design development and construction documentation up to LOD 300, and services coordination and clash detection.
By completion, we delivered a fully coordinated tender and construction documentation package, including over 2,000 architectural and 1,300 MEP drawings.

We were engaged to provide architectural and interior design modelling and documentation support including detailed interior design for a two-tower residential-led mixed-use development comprising 640 apartments.
Collaborating with the client during planning, detailed design, tender and construction stages, we worked strictly to their BIM execution plan, linking structural and MEP models for coordination at regular intervals throughout the design. We were also involved in developing design options for individual purchaser variations whilst maintaining the original programme and deliverables. These changes were integrated into the construction documentation once approved.
