MEP Team Leader

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead, manage, and develop the MEP team, including coaching, training, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
  • Design, develop, and review MEP systems and project documentation, including tasks such as BIM modeling, drafting drawings, creating schedules, preparing specification notes, performing calculations, and managing other related scopes of work.
  • Provide technical advice, input, and solutions relevant to MEP systems.
  • Oversee and ensure the completion of design works and project deliverables within your team.
  • Strong experience in overall coordination work inside any projects by the ability to read the other drawings/documents of the projects, like Structure, Architecture & MEP.
  • Mobilize and manage project resources according to project plans, with coordination and review with superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field. 
  • At least 6 years of experience in MEP design, modelling, and project delivery, including 2 years of team leadership or management experience. 
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and project management methodologies. 
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD 2D, and MS Office.
  • Experience with other MEP software and BIM platforms such as Navisworks, Revizto.

MEP Engineer

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Utilize Revit software to create accurate 3D Building Information Models.
  • Generate and manage comprehensive drawings, schematics, and plans based on the 3D models for use in construction documentation.

R&D Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Main Responsibilities  

  • Manage, develop, and motivate the R&D team to achieve project and innovation goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant R&D or technical experience, with proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.

Senior Digital Coordinator (BIM Coordinator)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • In relation to BIM Level 2, you will assume the responsibilities of Project Delivery Manager (PDM) and
  • Project Information Manager (PIM), depending on the client, project, and team structure.
  • Line Management under the Digital Managers.
  • Responsible for delivering BIM Management projects related to architecture, engineering, consulting, and training, under the guidance of the managers.
  • Support the estimation of Atlas digital resources new or existing projects, tasks, and scopes.
  • Provide digital support, such as setup or protocol implementation, to other departments.
  • Support the creation of digital content in Revit for digital projects.
  • Supervise and manage the Digital Coordinators.
  • Receive training in digital software and topics, and train other Atlas teams.
  • Implementing & maintaining BIM Management documents such as BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standard, and BIM Guidelines.
  • Ensuring the Digital QA / QC procedures are in place & being completed across all Digital projects
  • Perform Clash Detection, Model Audit, and Model Maintenance.

  • Attend client Model Management & Model Coordination meetings

  • Degree, Associate Diploma or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &/or Hydraulic Engineering & at least two years post-graduate experience.
  • Practical experience in applying typical BIM documents such as EIR, BEP, or AIR based on project experience. Familiarity with ISO 19650 is an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations for international building codes as an advantage.

  • Assess employees’ English proficiency and identify training needs based on business goals and competency frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective group and individual training programmes, including general, business, and technical English.
