Executive Team
Founder, Chairman
Joe founded Atlas in 1998 after a 25 year career in the construction and oil industries. His commitment to the delivery of services only to the highest international standards, the early adoption of new technologies and the continuous training of staff to maximise the benefits arising from those technologies has resulted in Atlas becoming the leader in its field – a virtuous circle that makes the company sustainable, successful and enjoyable. In 2019 after 21 years as CEO, Joe moved to the position of Chair of the Board of Directors.
CEO
Khoa Tran Kim is Atlas’s Chief Executive Officer. He stepped into this leadership role after serving as the company’s Director of Engineering from 2021 and subsequently as Operations Director in 2025. Dr Khoa has extensive academic qualifications including a master’s degree in Construction Mechanics and a doctorate in Civil Engineering. Professionally he has over 20 years’ global design and project management experience across a variety of complex infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects. His expertise and career path are central to driving the business’s strategic diversification and capitalizing on growth opportunities from major construction investments across key international markets. —

Director of Architecture
Tony joined Atlas industries in 2007 and brings over 30 years-experience in architectural delivery to the team. In addition to considerable construction knowledge and detail documentation skills, Tony has an a long track record of digital delivery using the latest technology and cloud based platforms.

Steven has a long history with Atlas, almost dating back to the company’s start up in 1998. His experience in representing Atlas across the globe is currently focused across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, driving Atlas’ increased presence and portfolio of work in these regions. Steven’s industry knowledge and understanding of the potential for collaborations between Atlas and our clients is unparalleled.
Commercial Director
Juan Carlos joined Atlas in 2021 and is a RICS qualified chartered surveyor. During his 30 years’ professional experience, Juan has worked primarily in project management, quantity surveying, and contracts and claims management advisory roles for developers and contractors. He has experience working with clients and on projects across various construction market sectors throughout Europe and Asia.
Digital Director
With a formal background in IT, Architecture, and BIM Management, David is knowledgeable in the development and implementation of BIM methodologies, standards, and protocols. David is passionate about new technologies and R&D activities, and has experience in managing a wide range of large architectural BIM projects throughout China and South-East Asia including mixed-use, residential, hospitality and interior design projects.
Project Management Director
Neil leads the growth and development of the company’s engineering offering and is an experienced international executive with over two decades of leadership experience across eight Asian countries. He has lived and worked in Vietnam for over 15 years and has gained experience in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
