Are you CORENET X ready?
From October 2025, Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) mandates that all new projects with a GFA of 30,000 square metres or greater must use the new CORENET X integrated digital platform for BIM submissions.
The platform, which requires submissions in a specific Open BIM format, will be compulsory for all new projects by October 2026, with the intent to then migrate existing projects by 2027.
